Major holidays marked are:

  • New Year's Day
  • Easter
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

The Cleaners add a 50% surcharge (time-and-a-half) to clean on holidays, so please try to avoid departing on one of those days to avoid the extra charge. (4/8/07)

Note: You can depart the morning of a day shown as "rented", since the next guests will not be arriving until late afternoon that day. For example, a guest arriving on June 5 will not be checking in until after 4 pm on that day. The departing guest must check out before 11 am, to insure the cleaners have sufficient time to clean the unit.

When you are ready to make a reservation, please complete the reservation form.

We prefer not to take bookings more than about 12-15 months or so in advance, due to maintenance that may become necessary and retaining deposits for such a long period. However, we are willing to add you to our waiting list for the dates you would like. When we open the books and start accepting reservations for that period, we will contact you and verify that you still plan on coming to Kona. If you would like to be placed on the waiting list, please send us a request with your desired dates.
